- Psychological Assessment Clinic. Conduct psychological evaluations from early childhood to adult, interpret and discuss findings with client, parents and relevant community members. Conducted expert witness testimony.  Part-time 1999-20013.         

- Boulder Elementary Day Treatment Program.  Worked as an on-site therapist in the day treatment program housed at Douglas Elementary School, Boulder, CO. Provided individual and family therapy to children with significant mental illness and their families. Provided intensive supervision to intern and post-doctoral students. Gave in-service seminars to treatment staff. Conducted consultation with psychiatrists, teachers, parents and community agencies.  Part time 2001 to 2002.

- School Based Services Team.  Worked as an on-sight therapist in 2 schools.  Provided individual and family therapy to high needs children and their families. Facilitated group simulation techniques in group therapy and for staff training development. Provided in-service seminars to school staff.  Conducted intensive supervision to intern students. Provided consultation with psychiatrists, teachers, administrators, parents and community agencies, as well as with school staff regarding work/organizational issues. Part time 1998 to 2001.

- Community Infant Program. Worked as a therapist utilizing in-depth behavior assessment of infant-caregiver dyads with videotape to conduct home-based prevention and psychotherapeutic treatment of infants and their families at risk for abuse/neglect or maladjusted attachment relationships. Provided individual therapy to adult care givers. Provided consultation to nurses and pediatricians. Part time 1998 to 99.   

Certified School Psychologist.  Weld County School District RE-4, Windsor, CO. (Preschool-8th grade). Conducted consultation with teachers, administrators, parents, community agencies and professionals.  Provided psychological evaluations to children, as well as individual and group therapy to children and families. Facilitated  drug/alcohol prevention groups to adolescents. Trained teachers in group assessment and facilitation process in order to co-facilitate student support groups. Member of the crisis response team and provided crisis response services to teachers, children and their families. 1996-98.

Pre-doctoral Psychology Intern.  Franciscan Children's Hospital & Rehabilitation Center, Boston, MA.  An APA - approved pre-doctoral internship.  Received neuropsychological training and clinical experience in a hospital setting delivering inpatient and outpatient (individual and group) therapy, assessment services, as well as consultation to hospital staff, parents, community agencies and schools. 1995-96.

Developmental Specialist/Interventionist.  The Collaborative Approach to Nurturing Program, Children's Hospital, New Orleans, LA.  Provided developmental assessments and interventions for cocaine exposed infants and their dependent mothers.  Conducted parenting groups, prenatal counseling groups for pregnant women, dyadic play interventions, collected and synthesized data as well as presented current research findings.  1993-94.
